What the hell is going on? Thailand portfolio companies have been pressured from Sydney into a forced buy-back. This has not been done by negotiation but by overt threats. Creditors not paid. Contractors not paid. People resigning en masse. The local losses are great and the communication from Sydney is non-existent. Down the drain goes goodwill and customer service. Nobody in charge in Bangkok. Nobody to talk to who can even approximate the truth as to what is happening. The stock is plummeting - what will happen? This is not just mismanagement this is dishonest and damaging and will put good people out of business.
Can anyone throw any light on to what is happening and as to what the future might be for such a dysfunctional company that is not even trading on ASX currently?

Roger I agree. Thanks for the comment. Its interesting to note today that BlueFreeway asked for their stock to be suspended from trading (for up to 2 weeks) while the management conduct an investigation! This is clearly not a good sign.

It is interesting to hear all the hype of something like this, and see the market's reaction.
I feel sorry for those people who have built their businesses up over years only to have had it eroded away over night.
For such a talented group of businessmen, Daniel, Greiner, Webb, Smith etc, i just dont understand how fundamentally you can just run out of cash? I mean, we all know what a cash flow statement looks like... when you look ahead and the numbers are red, this is bad!
Will be interesting to see what the likes of Greg Daniel does with himself now? its certainly a tainted jury pool.

Thanks for keeping us colourfully informed Simon! For anyone wondering... Now we know what happens when you sticky tape 30 companies together and list them on the stock market.

I wonder what the fallout will be for the Australian "digital marketing" industry. It's going to be an interesting year.
