		<description>Thanks for bringing us the video and Avinash's presentation.  I also attended this session and I was really impressed not only with his analytical knowledge, but especially with his passion.  He loves his blog (he even called it his baby) and his passion comes out loud and clear.

And, it's genuine. When I first started my Direct Marketing Blog (in May), I chanced upon Avinash's blog. The topic of his post was "building your blog traffic". Perfect timing for me as a brand-new blogger, so I commented and thanked him for the great post.

Well, I was extremely surprised to receive an e-mail later on that day with some good advice and more links to more traffic boosting tips.  Avinash took the time to really help me, and he didn't even know me!  

How cool is that?  Just had to share.
