It is a rare and valuable quality not many possess… Secondly, I am currently working in an environment which is often one step forward and two steps back, which gets extremely frustrating at times... Well, this is usually the case, up until recently when we decided to get eightblack involved to help us launch our company e-newsletter... Dave was able to blow management away during our face-to-face meeting and then the customer support which followed throughout the process was second to none... Management have a level of confidence in eightblack now, because of Dave, and rightly so… the service was flawless… However, I have to pose the question.. Was I that hard of a client to deal with? 2 weeks after we do business together for the first time, you decide to jump ship!?!... If I was the straw that broke the camels back, I must apologies Simon.. Either way.. Good Luck filling those shoes Chenny.. All the best Dave, I'm sure you will have exactly the same impact throughout your life... And yes I'll be at Tryst for a frothie..
