		<description>Dealing with HTML email is bad enough (from a programmer's standpoint).  But having to generate HTML email in a way that will render properly in Word's horrible engine is a monumental task.

Email wasn't designed for anything but plain text.  And HTML email isn't standardized.  Stick with plain text until a real standard emerges.</description>
