		<description>As a coder, I was challenged by your application process, having just completed it for the first time.  In a lot of ways its much easier for me to accept the age old measure of success based on the school you went to and the grades you received there, than to place all my bets on one piece of code and three reasons why its good.  I think in the manic world in which we live getting a guy who was on the deans list at Stanford is easier than applying for, or processing applications using your process.  But hey, thats just my 2c.</description>
