Well, Chenny, you certainly put Avinash through the hoops. Splendid stuff!
Very interesting and thought-provoking interview.
I have a few questions–still not sure what or how to apply the 90/10 rule.
BTW You have a good radio voice and you can think on your feet–the
key to good live radio interviews.

This is great–a few people in our office were talking about Battelle’s book “The Search” and what questions Google’s casting of a significantly wider net bring. Great interview! Exactly the questions that we’d been hoping that someone had asked Google!

Wonderful interview. You speak clearly and engaged me as a listener with insightful questions. I think you are correct that Avinash Kaushik is a great ambassador for Google. I had not heard a better explanation of what exactly a google evangelist was before. And, I like how you clarified the clickstream data definition.
My favorite question from the interview:
If you were to walk into the marketing department of a large company tomorrow, what are the three things you would recommend for the website of that company?
1. Understanding customers
2. Optimizing acquisition strategies
3. Testing and experimentation
