Just to confirm what the relationship is between ninemsn and Soush - Soush have a 3 month trial to sell ads within the ninemsn shopping section. Yahoo! Search Marketing is still the main partner with ninemsn to provide all its online text advertising.

The agreement soush and ninemsn have isn't actually for soush to sell all the online advertising of ninemsn's - it's for the contextual ads (so replacing Overture/YSM I take that to mean, but could be wrong there) and for the moment apparently its just across the ninemsn Shopping section..
