Big Phone Firms Tap Asia…

The big telco’s are all wanting a piece of the action with China’s booming internet traffic and are investing hundreds of millions.
AT&T and my old employer, BT (British Telecom) have been in China for 20 years or more and are still yet to recover their investment.
From my experience with China and the regulatory hurdles, it would be a much safer bet to be in the content creation business rather than the ISP business.
Time will tell…
